Location: Items will be sold onsite at 1842 County Road 15 Wooster, OH.

Time: The personal property will sell at 10:00, the real estate will sell at 12:00 noon.

Personal Property Terms: There will be a 5% buyer’s premium for personal property. The buyers premium will be waived if paying with cash or card.

Real Estate Terms: The successful purchaser will be required to pay a non-refundable 10% down payment on the day of the auction with the remainder due at closing within 35 days. There will be a 10% buyer’s premium added to the final bid to determine the contract price.
