Auction will be held on location Maize Rd, Wooster. From Wooster take 22 6S towards Shreve to Maize Rd and property located at end of drive.

Real Estate: The real estate simply consists of a .7 of an acre lot that currently has a single car garage on it. Parcel #56-01364.000 Wayne County, Wooster Twp. Triway Schools. There is access to public sewer but for water a private well would be needed. If you’re looking for a small lot close to the school, then you can’t get much closer. You can drive back and look at your leisure.

Tax & Legal: Parcel #56-01364.000 Wayne County, Wooster Twp. Triway Schools. The taxes will be determined after the close of the auction.
